Great getaway spot! Beautiful views of the water and lovely thermal pools to relax in. The Garlic Festival menu was a tasty surprise, and the staff at the front desk were beyond helpful!
The interior design of the rooms was a bit outdated and the furniture was in poor condition. , the hotel seemed to cater mostly to golfers and families with children, so it wasn't the best fit for my city trip.

Great location, comfortable beds, beautiful views. the hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions. the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed beautiful views from our room.
Overpriced food and services, unclean facilities. We were disappointed with the high prices of food and services, which were not worth the cost.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, especially the location on the ocean. The hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and it's located in a beautifully scenic area. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was well-sorted. Additionally, the staff were accommodating and always willing to help.

the Swimming pool area was perfect for relaxation with exclusive amenities. the room advantages were extraordinary for our stay; clean and well-designed. the Restaurant offered delicious food with an extensive menu. the Bar/ Lounge area was well-maintained and had an excellent cocktail menu. Private facilities were available for the guests with exclusive amenities. The location advantages were great, surrounded by beautiful hills and breathtaking views. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was the service, which was slower than expected during peak periods.

Guests can easily take day trips to the nearby villages and the Namhae area, all located in a wonderfully scenic area. the spacious rooms with well, equipped bathrooms and the efficient service provided by the staff make the stay even more enjoyable. the delicious breakfast served at the hotel is a great start to a fun, filled day. the hotel boasts fantastic facilities, including thermal pools and golf courses.
It may be difficult to communicate with the staff for non, Korean speakers.
